• Khi làm dịch vụ: thông tin cửa hàng, nội dung, hình ảnh và quyền truy cập tài khoản bạn cấp để setup website.
• Khi dùng Văn phòng AI: email và mật khẩu đăng nhập (được mã hóa, chúng tôi không đọc được), nội dung bạn giao việc và kết quả nhân viên AI trả về, số lượng sử dụng để tính hạn mức.
• Khi xem tphubs.com: trình duyệt lưu lựa chọn ngôn ngữ ngay trên máy bạn. Nhà cung cấp hosting có thể ghi nhật ký truy cập kỹ thuật (địa chỉ IP, thời gian) để bảo mật.

• When you contact us: your name, phone, email, social media handle and the messages you send via Messenger, Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
• When we deliver a service: store details, content, images and the account access you grant for the setup.
• When you use the AI office: your login email and password (stored hashed, unreadable to us), the tasks you send and the AI staff's replies, and usage counts for your quota.
• When you browse tphubs.com: your browser stores your language choice on your device. Our hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, time) for security.

To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver and support services, run the AI office, calculate fees and quotas, and keep our systems secure. We never sell your information and never use your store's data for any other client or purpose.

Mỗi khách hàng có không gian làm việc và văn phòng riêng. Dữ liệu của khách này không hiển thị cho khách khác. Tài khoản cửa hàng (Shopify, WordPress...) luôn đứng tên bạn.

Every client has a separate workspace and office, and one client's data is never visible to another. Store accounts (Shopify, WordPress, etc.) are always in your name.

• Cloudflare: lưu trữ website, ứng dụng và cơ sở dữ liệu của Văn phòng AI.
• Anthropic (Claude): xử lý nội dung bạn giao cho nhân viên AI để tạo kết quả. Theo chính sách của Anthropic, dữ liệu gửi qua API không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình.
• Meta, Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp: khi bạn nhắn tin cho chúng tôi qua các nền tảng này, chính sách bảo mật của họ cũng được áp dụng.

• Cloudflare: hosts the website, the app and the AI office database.
• Anthropic (Claude): processes the content you give AI staff to produce results. Under Anthropic's policies, data sent through its API is not used to train models.
• Meta, Zalo, Telegram, WhatsApp: when you message us on these platforms, their privacy policies also apply.

We keep information while we provide the service, and longer only where the law requires (for example payment records). After handover we remove our access to your site on request. When you stop the AI office you can ask us to delete its accounts, chat history and rules; you can also clear a chat yourself anytime with "New conversation".

Mật khẩu được mã hóa một chiều, đăng nhập dùng cookie bảo mật, khóa API được lưu trong kho bí mật của Cloudflare, và mọi kết nối đều qua HTTPS. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nên bạn hãy dùng mật khẩu mạnh và không chia sẻ tài khoản.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use secure cookies, API keys are kept in Cloudflare's secret store, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and do not share your login.
